What this means for you:
When you come in for your final signing, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. If you are opening an account on behalf of a business entity, documents relating to the business will also be requested. In all cases, protection of our customer’s identity and confidentiality is the bank’s commitment to you.
At this time, final account approval and signing must take place at McFarland State Bank due to federal law and to ensure and protect the privacy of our customers.
